As a real estate broker we are required to collect these under UAE anti-money-laundering law (Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 and its regulations).
• Technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, which are processed by our website host and by the third-party services that deliver fonts, icons, images and videos to this site (see our Cookie Notice). We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

3. How and why we use it

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:

• with developers, sellers, landlords, other licensed brokers, banks or mortgage advisers involved in your transaction, with your knowledge;
• with government and regulatory bodies such as the Dubai Land Department, RERA and law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where the law requires it;
• with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host (Netlify), WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms;
